Food plays an important role at Thistles on Skye with the emphasis on fresh, local, seasonal and, wherever possible, organic produce, cooked with care on our AGA.
We will only use the very best ingredients and we take great pride in using these to make your breakfast a memorable experience. Breakfast will set you up for the day and is served at individual tables in our open plan dining room, overlooking the Sound of Sleat, between 8.00am and 9.30am (earlier breakfast by arrangement).

Full Scottish breakfast – Stornoway black pudding, sausage, bacon, roasted vine tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and your choice of our own eggs
Breakfast Bruschetta – Homemade bread, toasted, topped with Avocado and tomatoes roasted with fresh garden thyme, oregano and parsley
Continental breakfast – an individual selection of cold meats, cheeses and fruit
